Precast Agarose Gel Mini Series are precast agarose gels for horizontal dsDNA separations.Gels 6.0×8.0cm(WxL) are supplied in a 6.3×8.0 cm running tray and are compatible with most electrophoresis cells such as Bio-Rad Mini-Sub,Hoefer Minnie the Gel-Cicle,Life Technologies Horizon.The individually packaged gel consists of 1.0% or 3.0% agarose.This gel resolves nucleic acids between 200-10,000bp.The comb configurations are for 12 wells,20microliters each and 8 wells,30 microliters each.
